How UET Works

A step-by-step calcuation¬ Universal Exchange Tax system

1

Set the Multiplier

A simple multiplier between 1 and 10 determines the UET rate. This multiplier is applied to the base rate of 0.01%.

2

Calculate the Rate

UET Rate = Multiplier × 0.01%. For example, a multiplier of 5 results in a 0.05% tax rate.

3

Apply to Exchanges

The rate is applied to all exchanges of value—stock trades, real estate transactions, currency exchanges, and more.

4

Automatic Collection

Tax assessed by UET is automatically collected and remitted to the Treasury by a clearing firm, eliminating complex filing processes and reducing evasion.

5

Revenue Generation

Even at tiny rates, the enormous volume of financial exchanges generates substantial government revenue.

Example Calculations

Scenario #1:

A stock trade worth $100,000 with a multiplier of 5

Transaction Value:
$100,000
Multiplier:
5
UET Rate (5 × 0.01%):
0.05%
UET Revenue:
$50.00

The buyer or seller pays just $50 in tax on a $100,000 transaction—a minimal burden that adds up across millions of daily exchanges to fund government services.

Scenario #2:

A crypto coin launch generates billions overnight with hundreds of thousands assessed and remitted under UET.

Transaction Value:
$4,000,000,000
Multiplier:
2
UET Rate (2 × 0.01%):
0.02%
UET Revenue:
$800,000

$4,000,000,000 x 0.02% = $800,000 UET revenue

Transaction Value:
$100,000
Multiplier:
5
UET Rate (5 × 0.01%):
0.05%
UET Revenue:
$50.00
